Trilogy International is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in SAP S4 HANA for one of our esteemed clients in the medical device manufacturing industry. This is a 12-month contract position with the flexibility of remote or hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and implement solutions in SAP S4 HANA to meet business needs.
• Perform system configurations and customisations in SAP S4 HANA.
• Conduct gap analysis and document business processes.
• Provide expertise and support during SAP S4 HANA implementation and integration projects.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity of the system.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Continuously monitor and optimise system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of business processes in the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote/hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other SAP modules.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
