A key part of the Technology function, the IT Services (ITS) department, provides all IT related services and develops new IT solutions in collaboration with colleagues from across the organisation, whilst ensuring the ongoing smooth operation of existing solutions. You will be joining a team of collaborators and knowledge sharers working in an agile, fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Business Analyst-Data & Integration, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation's data ecosystem, facilitating better decision-making, reporting, and operational efficiencies. This position involves close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders across the organisation to design and support the implementation of data integration solutions.

You will lead efforts in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, developing and maintaining comprehensive data maps and models, and working closely with technical teams to ensure accurate integration of key data sources. You will design integration solutions, coordinate testing, and continuously monitor developments and trends in data integration to recommend improvements to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Your profile

• A proven track record of successful data integration projects and a deep understanding of data integration principles, methodologies, and technologies
• Ability to dissect complex data integration challenges and devise effective solutions
• Familiarity with various database systems, ETL processes, and APIs to ensure efficient integration solutions
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems, including SLQ & Oracle
• Ability to understand and construct complex queries, data schemas, and optimise database interactions in the context of integration projects
• Ability to dissect complex data integration challenges and devise effective solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues during the integration process; translating IT scenarios into non-IT language; ability to take a business need and suggest an appropriate technology/product
• Experience using Boomi integration or a similar Middleware solution is a plus
