Laboratory Assistant vacancy requiring profound Production and Supply knowledge for our Valais based client in the agricultural sector.

Your tasks:

• Conducting laboratory research activities, recording observations and measurements, and reporting results
• Maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency of cleanrooms and equipment, including coordination with third-party cleaning vendors
• Managing receipt, inspection, and stocking of raw materials and laboratory equipment
• Supervising and coordinating the manufacturing of active ingredients and intermediates, ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency protocols
• Executing all phases of crop protection or seed production, optimizing manufacturing and logistics infrastructure to enhance supply reliability and quality
• Supporting logistics and order management, recommending process improvements for optimal operation and distribution efficiency

Your experience/knowledge:

• Extensive experience in a laboratory setting, including research activities and reporting results
• Solid background in Production and Supply, including Logistics, order management, customer service, and distribution activities
• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and machines, following established procedures
• Experience in crop protection or seed production for various vegetables like small-seeded vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, or squash
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Language skills: French and English - fluent in written and spoken

• Excellent communication skills with internal colleagues and external vendors
